Nicola’s background is rooted in Information Technology, where she spent 15 years working with Bentley Motors before establishing her own business five years ago.
A first-class graduate in Computing Science and the first in her family to attend university, Nicola is deeply committed to empowering young people to realise their full potential, regardless of their background. Her personal journey has fueled her passion for creating opportunities that inspire and uplift the next generation.
Nicola brings valuable governance experience from being a Trustee of a local academy and actively contributes to her community as a volunteer with the YMCA. As a qualified wellbeing coach and mental health first aider, she is particularly attuned to supporting people through challenging times.
A lifelong resident of Crewe and the mother of two teenagers, Nicola is deeply connected to her local community and cares profoundly about its future.
