I’m Kelly, Head of Youth Work at the Dome Youth Zone. With 19+ years in youth services, I’ve led teams across Cheshire East, designed programmes for young people facing exclusion, and championed contextual safeguarding. I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people can thrive — and excited about the opportunities the Dome will bring to Crewe and beyond.
