In my role as Head of Operations & People, I focus on building clear processes, strengthening collaboration and making sure teams feel looked after and set up for success. I’m passionate about helping organisations grow sustainably, and making The Dome an enjoyable and great place to work.
My career started in finance working within the County Football Association Network. Working in football taught me how to balance finance, governance, safeguarding and managing a wide range of stakeholders, all whilst keep things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure we had a positive Impact in the local community.
The opportunity to work at The Dome Youth Zone was a perfect fit, allowing me to transfer a wide range of skills developed in my career to date to help cultivate an organisational culture where young people feel welcome, safe and are given the opportunity for some amazing experiences and learn new skills.
