Vonni Gordon is a highly respected leader with 32 years’ experience working across children’s services, social care, safeguarding and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has championed improved outcomes for children, young people and families, leading complex programmes of change and building strong partnerships across public, voluntary and community sectors.
Currently serving as Director of Quality, Partnerships and Commissioning at Cheshire East Council, Vonni brings extensive expertise in early intervention, children’s social work, service transformation, quality improvement and collaboration. She is passionate about creating opportunities that enable young people to thrive and reach their full potential.
As a Trustee of The Dome Youth Zone, Vonni offers invaluable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing young people across Cheshire East, helping to ensure that The Dome delivers lasting impact for generations to come.
