The Dome Youth Zone uses a Cause for Concern (C4C) process to record safeguarding concerns, risk/sufferings, allegations, welfare concerns and observed behaviours that may indicate a risk of harm. All concerns must be reported to a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Deputy DSL as soon as possible and recorded using the C4C form. Records must be factual, timely, accurate and stored securely in accordance with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
