Before you join us, here’s what you need to know.

Keeping The Dome Safe

Everyone’s safety comes first. Entry into senior sessions (year 7 to age 19 and up to 25 with SEND) requires all young people to agree to wanding and bag searches as part of our safety procedures. This condition of entry helps staff maintain a safe environment. 

We operate a no mobile phone policy for all Junior sessions (age 8 to year 7). To maintain safety, reduce distractions and protect everyone’s privacy on session. If a young person brings a device, staff will store it securely until the end of the session. Young people will always be able to ask at reception for access to their mobile phone if needed.

To help us best understand and meet your needs, you’ll be asked to complete an All About Me form when you sign up as a member. This short form gives you space to share what you enjoy, what support you might want, and anything that helps us make your experience positive, safe and personalised. Staff use this information to plan sessions, offer the right support, and make sure you feel known and welcomed from day one.

You will be updated with further payment information closer to the open date and will not be charged before then. From December, you will be charged £3 per month on a recurring basis.
