As Business Support Officer at The Dome, I work behind the scenes to support our teams with all things HR and payroll, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our staff. By taking care of these vital functions, I can help create an environment where our employees can focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding support, opportunities, and experiences for the young people who walk through our doors.
I have lived in the local area all my life and raised my three children here. Like many families, each of my children has their own unique personality, interests, and challenges, which has given me a real appreciation for how different every young person is and how important it is that they feel seen, valued, and supported.
I am incredibly proud to be part of The Dome team and to play a role in creating something truly special for our community. I know just how valuable the Youth Zone will be for local young people, both now and for generations to come. A place where every young person is welcomed for who they are, where opportunities are discovered, confidence is built, and potential is unlocked.
