I am the Youth Work Team Manager at The Dome Youth Zone in Crewe, where I lead youth work delivery, staff development and community engagement. With a background spanning detached youth work, youth club management, and safeguarding, I have dedicated my career to creating opportunities for young people to thrive. I have extensive experience supporting young people facing complex challenges, including exploitation, mental health concerns, and social exclusion.
In 2025, I was recognised nationally as Young Worker of the Year for my commitment to improving outcomes for young people. Passionate about working with teenagers, I champion youth voice, inclusion, and contextual safeguarding, recognising the importance of safe spaces, trusted relationships, and positive opportunities. I believe that when young people feel heard, valued, and supported, they can overcome barriers, achieve their potential, and build brighter futures.
